April was weird. I did really well pushing myself to finish Drafts 3 and 4 of Shifting Cargo before my parents’ visit, but for whatever reason, have been resistant to working on the cover art and I just can’t bring myself to work on Shifting Paradigms when Shifting Cargo is more critical. I’ve been struggling with productivity overall, even outside my writing, even when my efficiency has improved dramatically. I can’t seem to get myself to work on this stuff on weekends, which would make it easier for me to get caught up. Hopefully, May is better.
